• How much do your bookkeeping services cost?

• We offer flat monthly pricing based on the size, activity, and bookkeeping needs of your business. You'll receive a clear proposal before services begin, so you know exactly what your monthly investment will be.

• Do you file my business taxes too?

• We do not prepare income tax returns or provide tax advice. We keep your books organized and tax-ready throughout the year and can provide year-end reports to your CPA or tax professional. Sales tax and certain other business filing support may be available when included in your service plan.

• We primarily work with QuickBooks Online and use secure accountant access to work within your books without needing your personal QuickBooks password.

• How do I send you my financial papers and receipts?

• Documents can be shared by email or through a private Google Drive folder set up for your business. For QuickBooks Online clients, account access is provided through QuickBooks accountant access rather than by sharing login credentials.
